Representative Experience

• Ryder Truck Rental, Inc., dba Ryder Transportation Services v. Feix, Preble County Case No. 2008 CV 27000. Obtained summary judgment on behalf of State Farm Mutual Automobile Insurance Company in where insured attempted suicide by driving head-on into oncoming traffic.
• Anders v. Defibaugh, Greene County Case No. 2009 CV 420. Obtained summary judgment on behalf of State Farm Mutual Automobile Insurance Company on issue of whether driver qualified as “insured” under his mother’s policy.
