The ODMH regulates mental health services for Ohioans. Subashi & Wildermuth provides guidance, legal advice and representation to both private and public service providers on the complex statutes and regulations governing them. S&W serves as general counsel for a large, non-profit provider in Hamilton County and has represented them on numerous matters with the ODMH from patient incidents to employee licensure and conduct.
