Nick Subashi Elected President-Elect of the Ohio Chapter of ABOTA

At the annual meeting of the Ohio Chapter of the American Board of Trial Advocates (“ABOTA”), Nick Subashi was elected President-Elect. Earlier that day, Nick served as co-chair of ABOTA’s Masters in Trial mock jury trial. The Honorable Kimberly Brown of the Franklin County Court of Common Pleas served as the judge, and experienced trial attorneys from across the state tried a mock jury trial to a real jury. Of particular interest was the fact that our office manager, Erin Mullett, played the part of the injured plaintiff, and Daniel E. Braunlin, M.D., a board-cerified Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation Specialist from Dayton, played the part of the plaintiff’s orthopedic surgeon. After rendering their verdict, the jurors told us that their verdict, in large part, was because of the convincing manner in which Erin and Dr. Braunlin testified.
