Subashi and Wildermuth is proud to sponsor pumpkin carving at the 2012 Dayton Art Institute Oktoberfest. The event runs from September 21st-23rd, so mark your calendars now! A major fundraiser for the Dayton Art Institute, Oktoberfest boasts a dazzling array of artisans, unique foods, ample domestic, international and craft beers, kid-friendly art activities, live music on two stages, delicious international wines and so much more!
The pumpkin carving will take place during Friday night’s Preview Party, which is open to the public. Artic Diamond Ice Company will be exhibiting their craft, carving enormous pumpkins over the course of the evening. The pumpkins will be auctioned later in the evening to benefit DAI.
Preview Party guests will enjoy complimentary draft beer and wine, live entertainment by Cincinnati’s Soul Pocket and great socializing in a casual, less-crowded atmosphere. S&W’s own Anne Keeton and her husband, Mark, serve on DAI’s Associate Board. Be sure to visit them at the International Beer Truck and Beer Truck 3 (or Drei, if you’re German).
