Supreme Court Update

The Supreme Court of Ohio today affirmed a ruling by the  Tenth District Court of Appeals that upheld the Ohio Smoke Free Workplace Act  as constitutional.

Wymsylo v. Bartec, Inc., Slip Opinion No.  2012-Ohio-2187.
